Ordering

 

We have fully secure online ordering for all of our products. Please add them to your basket and checkout to purchase online. Alternatively all orders can be placed over the phone on 0845 459 0101.

International Orders

 

We accept international orders to all EU countries as well as the USA and Australia. Delivery is charged at cost and we will contact you after checkout to confirm the delivery charge. The Verified by Visa and Mastercode Secure Code Schemes are compulsary for international orders. Delivery for international orders is between 3 and 5 working days.

Delivery

 

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM for in-stock items are shipped that day. Delivery charges are between £2.95 and £8.95 depending on the order value. Smaller value orders are shipped Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded for delivery in 1-2 working days. Larger value orders are shipped Parcelforce for next working day delivery.

We only use Royal Mail operated couriers in response to our customer requirements so that if you are unable to take delivery the item will go to your local Royal Mail sorting office.

All orders require a signiture on delivery.

Payment

 

Payment for your order can be made through our secure checkout process. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone when placing your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Visa Debit cards.

Warranty

All new items are covered by the manufacturer's UK warranty.
